Passing-off-仿冒

Definition:

Passing off occurs when one business pretends to its customers that it is someone else, in order to benefit from the goodwill of the business that it is pretending to be. Passing off is similar to trade mark infringement, but applies to protect unregistered rights associated with a particular business, its goods or services.
