Conditions Warranties Innominate Terms-條件保證匿名條款

Warranty:

A minor, unimportant, subsidiary term incidental to the main purpose of the contract. If one party breaches a warranty, the overall purpose of the contract is not destroyed. The injured party does NOT have the right to terminate the agreement. The injured party must complete his obligations under the agreement/continue performance and sue the other party for damages.
